Dunsmore Exteriors is a family owned and operated company. With our office located in Marriottsville, MD, we are available to work all over the state. We pride ourselves on our quality work and rely on our trusted crews to help us deliver exceptional results for each of our customers. ​

Scott Dunsmore, owner and founder has been working on the roof since his late teens. Now in his mid-thirties, Scott offers over 15 years of experience and knowledge to his customers. He is married with three children and was raised in Howard County.

Scott prides himself on being honest with his customers; you may not always know exactly what your house needs, but Scott will happily walk you through the process — complete with pictures and samples available for your residential roofing, siding, or other exterior project.

Shortly after starting Dunsmore Exteriors, Scott asked David Janson to join the team. Scott and David have known each other since second grade and have worked side by side on roofs for years. David was born and raised in Howard County and now lives in Carroll County with his wife and three children. ​

David Janson handles the majority of service calls, repairs, and maintenance. He brings a unique set of skills which has proven to be invaluable to our company. While our trusted crews will typically handle the big jobs, David manages the jobs, helps customers with last minute questions, and maintains relationships between our vendors and crews. If you have a question about a job, David will be the one coming out to set your mind at ease. ​
